About Me
My Story
Hello, I'm Jelena, and I embraced a plant-based lifestyle 12 years ago. Initially, my motivation stemmed from compassion, but over time, it evolved into a focus on health. As I transitioned to a whole-food, plant-based diet, I witnessed remarkable improvements in my own physical health and mental well-being. These transformative changes fascinated me, inspiring a deep dive into the field of nutrition.
Driven by a desire to assist those around me, I began by helping my family members first. It was a rewarding experience to witness my mother finally find relief from her psoriasis after three decades of searching for a solution. Witnessing my cousin's significant improvement in digestive issues and eczema was equally gratifying. Encouraged by these successes, I felt a calling to extend my assistance to a wider audience and share this message with others.
Subsequently, I initiated plant-based programmes aimed at guiding and supporting individuals interested in adopting this lifestyle but unsure of where to begin. My aim is to empower and assist anyone seeking to improve their health and well-being through plant-based living.

Whether you're taking small steps like incorporating one plant-based meal per week or making more significant changes like eliminating specific foods (e.g. dairy, meat, oil , salt) or going completely animal product-free, I am here to support you every step of the way. What to Expect During the 21 Days
Week 1: Detox
The first week will be a detox period to help cleanse your system. You'll be eating light, fresh, and energizing foods, including green smoothies, detox juices and raw salads.
Week 2: Menu Variety
This week, you'll explore a range of healthy, tasty, and vibrant raw vegan dishes, including tomato and herb-raw pasta, coleslaw, zucchini noodles and more
Week 3: Culinary Creativity
In the final week, you'll get creative and experiment with making your own raw vegan dishes. With the help of my recipes, you'll have the foundation to create masterpieces of your own!
